It will introduce you to our proprietary model of human experience integrating Mind, Body, Heart & Spirit. The course will open your eyes to how you see the world, how others see you and how you can consciously create your own experience.

Once you understand yourself you can begin to understand others. This course builds on our foundation program to teach you how to use Mind, Body Heart & Spirit to develop a richer understanding of people.
You will learn how to “read” people, how to match your style to theirs and how to enrich your relationships.

Emotions are the essence of the human experience. They can help or hinder us, making our life rich or poor.
This course builds on our foundation programs to help you understand how emotions work, how and where you feel them, what effect they have on you and how you can consciously manage them.

Drawing on our foundation model the course will show you how Mind, Body, Heart & Spirit can sometimes work against each other; how you can bring them into balance; and how you can keep them there.
