Our Principal David McCann is an expert on people in business.

A professionally qualified educator he brings academic theory to life through practical application, helping people and business Be Better.

David has a degree and teaching certificate in English, a masters degree in Linguistics and an MBA. He lectured at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (now Macquarie Business School), serving as Director of Executive Education.

David began his career in event management, marketing & television in international sport, moving into tourism and then film. He has worked as a Marketing Director, Sales Director, Managing Director and CEO in organisations as diverse as News Corp and the West Australian Government.

David founded McCann Consulting in 2000 to do more of what he loved. He still delivers most of our training, coaching and consulting.
